Illegal Fireworks In Idaho?

Hey Hawk Flawk….so, the Boise Fire Chief is backing a new law that would close the loophole in the current Illegal Firework Sales situation in Idaho. You see,  you can currently buy “Illegal Fireworks” (usually descibed as any firework that explodes, shoots flaming balls, or shoots into the sky) at several Idaho locations during the season, and some places, year around…..as long as you sign a waiver saying you won’t shoot them off in Idaho. You see, that is the illegal part. Crazy contradiction, but, one our state has lived with for many years. But, due to recent wildfires being caused by illegal fireworks, state legislators are looking to finally make it illegal across the board. What do you think Hawk Flawk?
