A lot of people ask me about my workouts. Many listeners – even through the radio – can tell I have an athletic physique. It really isn’t about my workout or how much I can dead-lift. What helps me the most is a good workout partner. I was so happy to read this book. Especially the part about human and cat nutrition. Meals with my feline friend is the highlight. It’s great to have a healthy dinner after a strong workout. Highly recommended. The only negative about the book is I wish it came with that sweet workout outfit that’s on the cover.
